BUILDING CEMENT M450 Portland cement, designation II/A-K 32.5N, contains mineral additives and is intended for concrete mixes and construction mortars. It is used in residential, industrial and agricultural construction and the production of concrete products.
Used for concrete and reinforced-concrete structures, paving slabs and mixes for:
Mix proportions must be chosen for each application. The proportions on the packaging are recommendations and may be adjusted according to the purpose of the mix.
The packaging states improved frost resistance, improved water resistance and suitability for heat-and-moisture curing.
The cement comes in 50 kg bags. Follow the selected mix proportions and account for the moisture content of sand and crushed stone.
Thoroughly mix the dry cement, sand and crushed stone. Add water to the desired consistency and continue mixing intensively for five minutes.
Adjust the water quantity to aggregate moisture and required workability. The packaging lists sand fractions of 5–10 mm and crushed stone fractions of 10–20 mm for concrete mixes.
Store in a dry, covered area protected from moisture and contamination. Place bags on pallets and protect the packaging.
The warranty period is 60 days after dispatch.
