Trapezoidal fireclay bricks are shaped refractories for curved masonry. Their profile facilitates arches and circular lining sections using bricks with a defined taper. Variants No. 49–59 have different proportions and taper directions.

Design features

No. 49–54 have trapezoidal profiles with different opposing widths. Double-sided transverse variants No. 55–59 have unequal base lengths. This allows selection by brick orientation and required curvature.

No. 49–51 have dimensions 230 × 114 × 96/76/56 × 65 mm and No. 52–54 measure 345 × 150 × 125/90/80 × 75 mm. In the No. 55–59 group, the longer side is 230 mm and the shorter side ranges from 180 to 220 mm, with a width of 114 mm and thickness of 65 mm.

Match all dimensions and taper orientation. Check the profile and design radius when connecting adjacent bricks. The No. 49–54 and No. 55–59 groups have different geometries.
